Kindly be reminded that March 31, 2020 is the latest date for submission of your individual tax declaration for the year 2019.

As a general rule, you may be obliged to submit such declaration if: 
•You have received incomes from Kazakhstan sources, which are exempt from tax withholding at source (such as income from rentals, capital gains, securities transactions etc.)
•You have received incomes from sources outside Kazakhstan (such as income from rentals abroad, capital gains, dividends, remunerations etc.)
•You own any of the assets as below:
*money on foreign bank accounts, which amount exceeded KZT 365,025 as of December 31, 2019
*real property in a foreign state
*securities, which issuers are registered outside Kazakhstan
*ownership interest in the authorized capital of legal entity registered outside Kazakhstan.
