You can get a card for receiving social payments if have lost income as a result of the State of Emergency in the amount of 42,500 tenge, as well as payments of the Public Fund “Birgemiz” in the amount of 50,000 tenge, without leaving your home.

To do this, just leave an application on the Bank's website alhilalbank.kz. Card delivery is possible in major cities of Kazakhstan. Card issuance and delivery is free of charge.

If you already have a current account or the Bank’s card, you can get the information about the account number by calling the Contact Center at 2330 or through online banking alhilalonline.kz. To do this, enter alhilalonline.kz from a smartphone / tablet or computer and select the card in the section "Payment cards", where the 20-digit account number will be indicated.
