Please be informed about the procedure for payments suspension on financing products for the period from January 5 to April 5, 2022 in accordance with the order of the Agency on regulation and development of the financial market of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 8 dated January 10, 2022  “On measures to support individuals and legal entities affected by the state of emergency”:

Deferment of payments on financing products will be provided for the period from January 5 to April 5, 2022, if there is information about the deterioration of the financial condition or damage caused during the state of emergency on the basis of the Client's application submitted to the Bank.
