Hereby, "Al Hilal” Islamic Bank” JSC (hereinafter referred as “the Bank") informs you about the following hours of the Bank's operating day:
        from Monday to Friday – from 09:00 to 16:00;
        from Monday to Friday – from 09:00 to 14:00 during Holy month of Ramadan.

• Payment orders in tenge and applications for transfers in foreign currency, including those received via the “Bank-Client” system and including all documents required for currency control, will be accepted from 09:00 till 16:00, during Holy month of Ramadan from 09:00 till 14:00. Payment orders received by the Bank after 16:00 and during Holy month of Ramadan after 14:00 will be processed on the next business day.
• Wakil applications for the purchase/sale of non-cash foreign currency with settlement on the same value date, including those received via the “Bank-Client” system will be accepted from 09:00 till 15:30, as the same time execution of Wakil applications for the purchase/sale of noncash foreign currency after 15:30 with settlement on the same value date should be agreed with Treasury Department not later than 16:00. During Holy month of Ramadan Wakil applications for the purchase/sale of non-cash foreign currency will be accepted from 09:00 till 14:00. Applications received after 15:30 and after 14:00 during Holy month of Ramadan will be processed on the next business day.
• Cash desk services in the branches of the Bank and foreign exchange cash operations are conducted from 09:00 till 16:00. As the same time foreign exchange cash operations for the amount above USD100,000 should be agreed with Treasury Department no later than 15:30. During Holy month of Ramadan cash desk services and foreign exchange cash operations are carried out from 09:00 till 14:00 from Monday to Thursday, and on Friday from 09:00 till 13:00 time.
• The operating day is interrupted during break for lunch in the Astana and Shymkent branches.
• In case of business needs, the Bank can extend the operating day for executing of the above listed operations.
