Notification on currency regulation and currency control

Dear Customers,

Please be informed that from July 1, 2019 the new Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Currency Regulation and Currency Control” dated July 2, 2018 and the following subordinate regulatory legal acts entered into force:

Rules on monitoring FX operations in the Republic of Kazakhstan No.64 dated 10.04.2019;
Rules on conducting FX operations in the Republic of Kazakhstan No.40 dated 30.03.2019;
Rules on export-import FX control in the Republic of Kazakhstan No.42 dated 30.03.2019.
